Q. What makes and models do you sell and repair?

A. I sell and repair most makes and models of appliances.

Q. What do you charge?

A. I have a call out charge of £25 to come out and assess the problem.

I charge a service charge of £55 to go ahead with the repair ,inclusive of the call out charge & the first hour's labour.

Q. What warranty is included on the machines?

A. The manufacturers warranties apply ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the manufacturer.

Q. How soon you can you come out?

A. Normally I can come to you on the same day.

Cannot fault the service. Paul arrived just over an hour after my call to inspect my washing machine. There was some doubt as to what caused the fault because the machine was doing funny things so as it was 9 years old decided to replace it. Paul had a brand new Bosch machine in the van so was able to install it and take away the old machine without any hassle.... and the machine was the same price as if I had bought from John Lewis or Euonics. Nice, friendly, hassle free, competitive and competent service. Would recommend to anyone.
